Most website design projects take about 2 months from kickoff to launch, depending on scope and how quickly feedback and content come back from you.

No, and I advise against them. Here is why:
If your website collects personal information from California residents (even something as simple as a contact form), you're legally required to post a Privacy Policy (under California's CalOPPA law). This applies regardless of where your business is based, since almost any public site can be reached by California visitors. Adding a dedicated page for this notice defeats the purpose of a single-page design.
For measuring metrics, separate pages let you track how each one performs individually, such as which pages drive traffic, conversions, or engagement. A single-page site collapses everything into one URL, making it much harder to see what's actually working.

I include a 5-business-day window after launch to catch and fix any issues that come up, at no extra cost. This covers bugs or errors related to the build itself (not new content or design changes). After that window, ongoing support can be arranged separately.
